Our mission is to empower and transform lives by creating pathways to housing and wealth-building opportunities for communities that have been historically under-resourced and impacted by systemic bias. For over 40 years, Ten North Group (formerly OLCDC) has been at the forefront of reshaping our community. Through a bold, holistic approach to community and housing development, we’ve earned our place as one of Florida’s largest and most respected Community Development Corporations.At Ten North Group, we bring our mission to life by not only owning, developing, and managing affordable housing but also by fostering opportunities for homeownership. We’re committed to building thriving communities through a range of impactful social, educational, and financial programs. To date, we've empowered nearly 4,000 youth, supported over 6,250 families, and helped nearly 7,400 first-time homebuyers realize their dream of homeownership. Our Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) has provided essential loans and guidance to more than 1,500 small business owners and entrepreneurs, fueling local economic growth.Through our Art Foundation, we use the power of arts and culture to reimagine and elevate neighborhoods that have long been overlooked. Together, we’re writing new, vibrant stories for communities ready to flourish.

Our rebranding represents more than just a name change—it’s a reflection of our journey, our story of transformation, and our commitment to amplifying our impact. This evolution empowers us to share our progress, engage with a broader audience, and reinforce our position as a mission-driven, community-centered leader in real estate development.We are proud to introduce our new name: Ten North Group. This name is deeply inspired by our roots in Opa-Locka, often described as being “ten miles north of the City of Miami.” Our logo embodies the essence of weaving diverse resources, partnerships, and people into a united vision—building stronger, more vibrant communities together.

Our commitment to creating this change grows stronger as we embark on an exciting new project, City Terrace in Opa-Locka. An extensive, mixed-use development that will revitalize our community with quality, affordable, community-accessible housing, and commercial opportunities.
This multi-block development will preserve the legacy and enhance the walkability of our neighborhood. In addition, it will reactivate a hidden downtown, protect housing accessibility, and invest in aesthetics and placemaking while expanding job skills, education, and wealth-building opportunities within our unique community.
