Ten North Group has been dedicated to ensuring South Floridians have access to affordable housing since our inception in 1980. During our history, Ten North has built over 2,500 units of affordable housing and developed and sold 145 single-family homes to low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers. Our current real estate portfolio consists of historic properties, commercial parcels, and over 1,200 affordable housing units.
