Aliveness and Livity brings a generation of 15 artists living on the island and from the Diaspora. "Aliveness and Livity" is the perception of a moment of accomplishment, an instant in which what has matured in the alchemical athanor metamorphoses into perfection or, rather, an epiphany or an event---an accomplishment. It is an idea of the individual's transformation and emancipation as the result of her/his molting toward a new being and the time of accomplish- ment that opens the pathway to a new era in which the individual rethinks his/her relationship with others and how to rearticulate his/her presence in the world.
